How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Pay by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay. You can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. See the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
Does ROCloud deliver the water?
No. ROCloud is software that helps you run your deliveries — we never handle water, jars or your customers' orders ourselves. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Can my delivery boys use it on a phone?
Yes. Each delivery boy signs in and sees only their own route for the day, marks each stop delivered, records jars returned and can attach a proof photo.
What languages does it support?
The app is available in English, Hindi and Gujarati, with more Indian languages on the way.
Is my business data safe?
Each business's data is isolated from every other business on the platform, traffic is encrypted in transit, and passwords are never stored in readable form. We never store your card details — those stay with Razorpay. See our Privacy Policy.
